SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • The Netherlands

  • Other EU countries (if applicable)

If your country is not listed at checkout, we currently do not ship to your location.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 5–10 business days

  • Other EU countries: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • High demand periods

  • Customs clearance (if applicable)

  • Postal delays

  • External circumstances beyond our control

As we operate with trusted third-party suppliers, some items may ship separately.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified amount (if applicable).


5. Customs & Duties

For orders shipped within the European Union, no additional customs duties are typically charged.

If shipping outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.


8. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at:

Scandorva Wellness is not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs authorities; however, we will do our best to assist you.


9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged package and product

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
